WLCE and
its facilities are open for access Monday to Friday between 8am -6pm.
Closed at weekends, public holidays, Easter and Christmas (no reduction
in fees if your course includes a public holiday). |

Tuition
hours |
| |
Students
to attend classes regularly and on time as no refunds are given in
respect of missed classes. Each study hour is 50 minutes with a 10
minutes break. |

A minimum
80% attendance is required. |

Disciplinary |
| |
WLCE reserves
the right to expel any student as a result of grosse misconduct or
proven criminal offence with no refunds. |

WLCE reserves
the right to transfer, combine or cancel courses at any time. |

Payments
for courses |

Registration |
| |
£10
for student applications within the UK and £20 for students
applying from outside the UK.
A minimum non refundable £100 for all general English Courses
for overseas students and
50% of course fees from students within the UK. |

Students
can commence courses only when all fees have been received. |
| |
Refunds |
| |
WLCE
will only refund in the following cases: |

• Students
refused entry into the UK immigration or Visa authorities
• If an extension is denied
• Must be accompanied with original documents from the British
authorities
(refunds payable only after independant verifications). |

No other
grounds for a full refund. |
| |
Non-refundable
payments |
| |
The registration
fee, course deposit, accommodation booking fee, airport and station
transfers fees. |
| |
In all circumstances
the £100 booking fee is non refundable. |
| |
Student
holidays |
| |
WLCE is
closed for two weeks at Christmas and one week at Easter. All other
holidays should be notified in writing and at least two weeks in advance. |
